- **Pay annually, save 20%:** Pay 12 months upfront on any monthly membership and save 20% — effective rates: Hot Desk 1 Day/Week $119/month, Hot Desk Unlimited $239/month, Dedicated Desk $399/month, Business Address $63/month, Personal NZ Postal Address $31/month (all + GST). The 12-month prepay is a fixed term — no refunds for early cancellation. Month-to-month plans remain available with no lock-in.

**Billing:** a single monthly GST invoice covers everything — no separate accounts for power, internet, rates, water, cleaning, printing or parking; add-ons (e.g. business address) appear on the same invoice.
