How much does flexible workspace cost in Wellington?
Flexible plans at Lyall Bay WorkHub start from $149/month + GST for one day a week, or $299/month for unlimited hot-desk access. A casual day pass is $49/day and a full week is $150. Every plan is month-to-month with no lock-in.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Every monthly plan is month-to-month — upgrade or downgrade whenever your work changes, and cancel with written notice at least 14 days before the end of your billing month. You are never tied into a long lease.
Can I change plans as my needs change?
Yes. Start on a day pass or one-day-a-week plan, move to unlimited when you need more, or add a dedicated desk or business address later. The whole point is flexibility.
What is included with a flexible workspace plan?
All plans include 2,000 Mbps fibre, unlimited barista coffee, free street parking, soundproof phone booths, A4 & A3 printing, shredder and stationery essentials, and a beachside location five minutes from Wellington Airport.
