What happens after my free trial day?
No follow-up pressure. If it felt right, tell us which plan suits and we get you onboarded — WiFi, your key, and 24/7 access from day one for monthly members. If it didn’t, no hard feelings: you’re welcome back on a casual day pass anytime.
Is there really no lock-in contract?
Monthly memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract — upgrade or downgrade as your needs change, and cancel with written notice at least 14 days before the end of your billing month (your plan then ends at the end of that month). If you choose the optional 12-month prepay for the 20% discount, that is a fixed 12-month term.
What does it cost to get started?
The trial is free. After that, a casual day pass is $49/day, hot desks start at $149/month, a dedicated desk is $499/month, and a business address is $79/month — all + GST.
Do I need to book in advance?
For your free trial, yes — book a day so we can have everything ready. Members come and go as they like; the meeting room is booked on request.
Can my team join together?
Yes. We offer shared office space and team desks with custom pricing. Tell us your headcount and we will sort a flexible, no-lease setup.
