Yes. A New Zealand company must have a New Zealand registered office at a real physical street address — a PO Box is not accepted, which is a common hurdle when you are based overseas. As an overseas entity you will also complete an enhanced identity check first: certified/notarised or electronic ID verification, beneficial-owner details, and a short video verification call.
