At Lyall Bay WorkHub the meeting room is included with membership — members book it at no extra charge. For non-members it is $149/day + GST. That includes the room for up to four people, video conferencing, a large whiteboard, fast fibre internet and free street parking for you and your guests.
How many people does the meeting room seat?
The room comfortably seats up to four people around the table — ideal for client meetings, interviews, one-on-ones, board catch-ups and small workshops.
Is there parking for meeting guests?
Yes. Lyall Bay has ample free street parking right outside, so you and your visitors never pay CBD parking rates of $20–$40 a day. We are five minutes from Wellington Airport, which makes the room convenient for visiting or interstate clients.
Can I hire the meeting room without a coworking membership?
Yes. Non-members can book the room on its own for $149/day + GST — no membership needed. For members, the room is included at no extra charge; just book your slot. Get in touch to check availability for your date.
What are the hire terms for non-members?
Hire is by the day, subject to availability, and member bookings take priority. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable — though if you contact us before your booked day we may be able to move your booking to another date. The named hirer is responsible for their guests and for leaving the room as found. Full details are in our casual use terms.
